Thank you for your detailed notes.

1. I must inform you that we do have a Purchase Protection Program for each and every purchase. You can view the details of this program here -

2. We have taken note of the feedback regarding Customer Support and have already taken some steps to improve this. We will continue to focus on improving this further.

3. We have now included the Shipping charges on the Listings and Search Results page. We expect this to have an effect on bringing down the shipping charges levied by sellers. We also request all our users to please bring such instances to our attention using the 'Contact Us' link within the Help Section (http://pages.ebay.in/help/contact_us/_base/index.html) so that we can take required action against offending sellers.

We have done that also.ANd is it fair to other buyer we had at time 50-65 deliveries due because our acc got suspened we could not retrive any delivery informationa and those deliveries got delay and disputed.So they were unnessary disputed we had to add.The seller should be able to see atleast buyer information.Otherwise thebuyer shoudl understand we cannots end the product ethicallyw hich is wrong as we have their money and no shipment information.

1. I will request you to please report this case through Customer Support. For reasons of privacy, it will not be possible to address your issue on this forum.

3. I have already addressed your issue of why we will not be screening each and every buyer before bidding. I have also mentioned about our intention to reduce the cases of Unpaid Items.

4. There are restrictions on the type of items you can sell on the site, and these are strictly enforced. Hence the reason for the notices you received.

Thank you for your wishes and look forward to your becoming a powerseller on the site. To address your three main questions:

1. Baazee vs. eBay - note that moving to the eBay platform has brought tremendous benefits to the Buyers and Sellers - with a strong and stable technological platform, exports and imports potential and lots of state-of-the-art tools. Of course, change is always a little difficult :-), but please rest assured that over the longer term this new platform and brand will go a long way in increasing your business

2. Invoices, policies etc. - we could have done a better job on this front but despite our best efforts the migration to the new platform brought some headaches with it. We apologize for this but we have been actively addressing this via outreach and education to the Top Sellers including providing manual credits where it is warranted. All invoice issues have been settled now to the best of my knowledge. Please also stay tuned for the PowerSeller Phone Support which is launching shortly

3. Brand building for eBay - yes this is an issue. Please see my answer to telesolutions_in1 in this regard (the 1st reply from me). Please continue to give us feedback as we work towards building the eBay brand in India

Dear delhiphotos,

Thank you for joining in today. FVF credit needs 14 days because we need to give buyers ample time to respond.

Coming to the fees, we in India have one of the lowest Final Value Fees within eBay. We also do not have an Insertion Fee. I hope you will appreciate that we need a certain income to cover all the marketing efforts to get in more buyers for our sellers. Thanks for your support :-)

take this case buyer has not paid he wants to give only one shipping instade of two. on refusal he gave the rating product is different from photo.

NOW I GET SAME MAIL FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO CLEAR THE DISPUTE WE HAVE ALREADY GIVEN EXPLANTIONA ND STILL THEYA RE NOT READY TOA CCEPT.sUCH BUYER CREAT HASSABEL TO EBAY.kINDLY ASK CUSTOMER SERVICE TO UNDERSTAND OUR SITUATION . now they want me to clear the dispute
