In case a buyer has not paid for his or her purchase, you need to file an UnPaid Item (UPI) Dispute. You need to follow the steps in this process and you will get a credit for the final value fees that you have been charged.
You need not pay for an item you have not actually sold, but you need to inform us about it, so that we can credit you the fees.

Sorry i just entered the discussion as i could manage to reach home from office now. I have been looking forward to a discussion withyou and other ebay members to discuss on a democratic way about the attitude of Ebay w.r.t we users of Ebay. Ebay is acting typically as a 'big brother' attitude bullying us even when we come out with ideas to prosper in our business. Recently I had listed 8 items for sale on 15th aug 2005 when international listing was free. i was waiting for that day to avail that opportunity. I spent the whole morning listing the items till afternoon and hoped that the listing would be up before the end of the day. But to my surprise I got an email from Ebay in the evening that my listings have been deleted because according to them i tried to circumvent Ebays fees. Ebay did not even inform me to edit any thing and straiight away deleted the items. So late in the night at 10.p.m untill 12. a.m. I had to remember all my listing by heart and do everything in a hurry before the free international listing was over. Now i am still in conversation with Ebay authorities and am justifying to them and challenging to them that i was not circumventing the ebay fees. i was soliciting enquiries for my products , and i have in the past also done the same that when i had serious enquiries, i told my buyer that I shall be listing the product on Ebay as per their requirement. I told ebay that they could check on my messages and beleive what i said. I was very hurt with this 'big brother' attitude of Ebay os suppressing our intiative to do business without any intention to cheat Ebay, but till today ebay is only justifying the action of their staff member. It is really unfortunate that such an incident is done and inspite of my claiming that i have no short term goals but intend to have long lasting relationship with ebay for my business goals, my appeal has fallen on deaf ears. I appeal to one and everyone to understand my story and give your feedback to ebay and all of us by commenting on the policies of Ebay, whether it is supporting us or is it demoralising us.

It is obvious from the many posts I have received from sellers that there are issues causing delays in the fees being credited to seller accounts. I had asked the team to dig deep into this and ensure that we are crediting your accounts on time. They have informed me that your payments are already reflecting in your account. I will request you to please check and verify the same.

Sorry to hear that you did not have a pleasant buying experience on eBay. I am happy to read that you have filed for Buyer Protection. Yes, I admit it is a long process, but I will request you to please follow all the steps so that we can cover you under the program. At the same time, I wish to assure you and all our buyers that there is no place for cheats on this platform. Any user found guilty of cheating others will be suspended from trading on the site. I would request all our users to please report any and all fradulent users to us, and we will take the required action against them.

I forgot to mention to you that I have in no way mentioned my contact details on my lisitng, except i have solicited enquiries. Obviously if any body makes an enquiry to me, it has to be through ebay messages. I invite you to investigate through my listing and my messages and point out to me where was my intention to circumvent the ebay fees. I am being made a scape goat just because i blamed Ebay for having abruptly deleted my listing witout even advising me in spite of they knowing that international listing was for one day only. neither did they offer to me that they will aloow me to list my eight listing the next day also since they had deleted them. Thus it is evident that Ebay was acting as a big brother and dictating whatever suits the mind of the customer service staff there.

instead of negative and nuetral rating pls start dispute resolution as we had in baazee
coz indian buyers dont understand the sentiments involued in rating they assume as ones a seller receives a negative rating he will act soon
but it then comes to the other way round
i hope you may do something on this with best regards
