Dear Prashant Kumar,

Hello & thanks for sparing time .... for an OPEN HOUSE CHAT with the Community.

I have a couple of questions :-

1. When are you starting online transfer of funds into the Sellers Bank Account ....instead of weekly PaisaPay Cheques.

2. Sometimes its quite troublesome to get the POD required for chargebacks. Thats because the Courier Companies don't provide us with 100% POD's.

Is DRS also acceptable in case we are unable to get the POD ?

Can't the AWB number (if trackable) be an accepted proof of delivery ? . Since the Name & Address is not available on the website ....one can always furnish along....the AWB receipt (1st copy, which we always have with us)

What do you have to say on this ?

Is there any scope of getting rid of paper work ?

regards

Umang Midha .

Dear Prashant Kumar,

Glad to meet you in the discussion boards. PaisaPay is one of the best features at eBay.in

I suggest PaisaPay team to allow making payments from debit cards (like Canara Bank, SBI, etc..) This will certainly help more buyers to make payments through PaisaPay. ---------------

Hello Prashant Kumar!!

My main concern is --- make Paisa
Pay exactly like Paypal --- In this way we Indian sellers will be able to get
more and more international buyers. Paypal is not effective for all of us --- I
believe Paisa pay is the best option to get money -- from anywhere in the world.
Usually international buyers won't pay via credit card -- so in this case they
won't choose Paisa Pay to pay Indian seller. If Paisa pay will become exactly
like Paypal -- then Indian sellers are going to benefit from it a lot. Also
international buyers will also don't have any kind of problems paying Indian
sellers via Paisa pay. Moreover -- Our Indian sellers have shown many problems
they are getting when it comes for getting payment via Paypal . I hope my
suggestion will get implemented soon.

Mr Prashant

Here are some urgent changes we can like

1) Discontinue sending cheques.. Please make it online money transfer to our respective accounts.. U will save ur money in Bluedart courier.. and for us it will be good cause many at times we are not there to recieve the courier..

2) Try to decrease ur % margine in Paisapay Transaction

3) In the Current Paisapay transaction.. the NOTE is empty.. It will help if u can mention the paisapay was credit card or OBT.. Just like u show in Pending Status of paisapay

4) Sometimes if we have to refund money to customer and we dont have enough credit in our paisapay account.. U tell us to send u a cheque.. u will credit our account and then refund a customer.. for a non-mumbai seller it can be very impracticable.. Have a Online account in Major Pvt Bank like ICICI/HDFC so that we can transfer money online to ur account and email u the detials.. so that u can credit our account instantly..

Hope u get some of these issues implemented asap.. If more come into mind then i will post here..

Till Then

Happy eBayin..

dear prashant kumar
i touch and shine is right
to grow bussiness of indian seller it is need that paisa pay becomes as pay pal
so when seller want to refund he can pay from his account
and sure bussiness of paisa pay is also expand
when we get cofermation of paisa pay also send information of source like how it pay credit card or net transfer so we can know what amount id deduceted from original and can count our profit or loss in item
some times we dont get email from paisa pay and when we check I NEED TO SHIP ITEM and then we knopw that this item is paid useing paisa pay

Hi. I just received some amount thru paisapay and i was happy on knowing the simple and practical way of operating it. I think its really great.
But what worries me is that you have managed to create a gateway wherein money from selected banks can be credited to paisapay. But why cant it be done the other way around ?? wouldnt it be easier to just credit bank accounts instead of creating bankdrafts etc... and courier charges etc...

Also, i would like to know whether payment has to be done through the ebay item listing or the checkout pages or other pages as existing in Ebay india ..... or is there any other option available.
eg... paypal just allows immediate transactions through email addresses.... Do u have such a similar system in place... if yes, then dont forget to explain it to me.

Bye for now and keep up the good work.

happy ebaying to all .

Hi,
Its true that PaisaPay has improved a lot and is very very helpful for Indian Sellers. But tell me do you have any plans to expand Paisa Pay Service, so that even website owners can intergate this service as a payment gateway. And insteand of receiving Demand Draft from PaisaPay, is it possible to withdraw money directly to our bank account.

AND since PayPal and PaisaPay, both are ebay company. So is there any plans or way, so that Indian sellers can transfer money from PayPal to PaisaPay account.
