If you read most of seller is asking make paisa pay as PAY PAL if you facing any problem for that and can not make a little change in paisa pay take a security deposit to paisa pay ie first 5000 donโ€™t pay to seller and go to paisa pay security deposit and when seller want to refund and there is not enough balance in his account pay form that account this issue can help lots who like me offer customer satisfaction guarantee

I HAVE PAID Rs. 13,749.00 THROUGH PaisaPay ID 16888273878 FOR ITEMS (9725419569) AND (280000189025).THIS ITEMS WERE FROM SHAKTI COMPUTERS.THE NEXT DAY THE SELLER WAS SUSPENDED BY EBAY.THEN I CONTACTED THE SELLER BUT HE INFORMED THAT EBAY WILL REFUND THE MONEY.SO I OPENED A DISPUTE WITH THE SELLER FOR ITEM NOT RECEIVED.BUT STILL NOW THERE IS NO MESSAGE OR MAIL FROM E-BAY.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AND LET ME KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT.WHY THERE IS NO EMAIL ID FOR EBAY CUSTOMER CARE.IF IT WOULD BE THERE THEN WE CAN DIRECTLY CONTACT AND CLEAR OUR DOUBTS.SINCE EBAY IS THE LEADING SHOPPING SITE IN INDIA TRY TO MAKE A CUSTOMER CARE I.D AND MAKE IT VISIBLE IN FRONT PAGE AND MY EBAY

Hello Prashant,

Most of the suggestions have been made many times in the past. Some of these have been made by fellow user on this open house.

At the cost of being repetetive, let me put these again:

1) Online transfer to seller's account.

2) Variable PaisaPay charges. A seller doing business of 1 lakh plus every month should have better rates than someone just doing 1 thousand.

3) Phone support for buyers.

4) Bring PaisaPay rates closer to offline CC accepting rates which are aroung 1.5% - 2%. 3.5% is simply too h igh.

PaisaPay is great. Hope it will be as popular as PayPal, if not more.

I have a suggestion. I think I once mentioned those in the board.

Many small sellers like me receive very few PaisaPay transactions every month, say less than 5 per month , that too mostly of low values (a few hundreds). PaisaPay is utmost swift in sending our due payment. So I think in those cases you spend more on the draft and courier charges than the commission paid by us. Please maintain the excellent present service but with that you may think of providing the sellers (recipients) other options for receiving their payment. Those opting for the new proposed system will reduce your expenditure of draft and courier charges, hence should be encouraged by some discounts on your PaisaPay charges.

A. Give the sellers an option to receive their payment in bulk / bouquet. Let the sellers choose a min. despatching amount and interval for receiving their payment.

To elaborate, say one seller chooses a min. despatch amount of Rs. 1000 and interval period of 60days for receiving the payment. So the payment will be sent only when the total due amount for has surpassed Rs.1000 or atleast 60days has past from the receipt of the first due payment by him (which ever is earlier).

This will reduce the no. of payments you send to the sellers hence reduce your courier and draft charges. So you can pass on some discount to the seller (recipient).

Secondly, you can give the sellers another option of receiving the payment directly in their account via online net transfer or direct deposit in their Bank account. Most of those having Debit card accounts in major Banks can avail this facility. This will also save your cost of courier and draft charges hence, you can provide those recipients some discounts on your charges. Savings for both you and the sellers.

Lastly, I must praise you once more for your excellent service. Very few times in the past I have faced some problems to pay via PaisaPay. Trust you have rectified those problems as I have not experienced any such problem recently and have not seen about those on the boards. Also, must say that for me, never ever there was any delay to receive your payment. Very satisfied with PaisaPay. Keep it up. .

In India often the major portion of the total Price of a low value item is the shipping charge (Re.1 + Rs.199 shipping). If I am right, those filing for a refund due to non-receipt or else, are not refunded the amount paid for the shipping cost. Please reconsider this. If the shipping cost is also refunded then it will make the PaisaPay insurance attractive for freely transacting in low value items priced at Re.1 .

Definitely PaisaPay is most secure way of transaction for buyer as well as Seller ,Mostly all of my payments I have recived through Paisapay only and would like thank ebay !!

But I would like suggest ebay that instead of sending demand draft through courier is it possible that amount is directly deposited to our bank ,it would save your courier charges and would be easier for us.

Hello Mr. Kumar,
Good of you come down at the boards.
Paisapay is a really good innovation of ebay, but like everything, there is scope for improvement. I would like to share with you two suggestions, the first of which I recently posted at the boards.
It seems like to verify very high value credit card payments, paisapay requires the buyer to fax/mail a copy of his credit to paisapay. I strongly beleive that is a highly insecure feature of paiapay anc can be easily done without. It is very easy for a fax/mail copy to go astray and fall into wrong hands. Moresoever it is even tougher for a buyer to completely trust and send the copy in full confidence. In fact I believe that it is a non standard requirement to request a credit card copy.
I am sure paisapay takes all the necessary security precautions.To provide its users an enhanced level of security, I am sure a lot is being done. But this procedure really is the weak link in the entire system.
If a physical copy of the card is indeed requierd, then it beats the principle of online seamless trade.
I request you to kind take a look into this matter. Surely there are other methods of verification which do not require such a rudimentary form of verification.

Secondly,
Sometimes it takes very long for paisapay verification to take place. Many times it is because of the buyer being unavaliable. But also, if a transaction takes place on Friday, in all probability, verification would only be carried out on Monday. Sometimes delays occure to due to the weekend period. Just as a suggestion, maybe you would consider continuing the verification process over the weekend as well. Maybe that means extra recruitment, you will know better. But since payments are being made 24 hrs, trade should not be delayed because of a weekend. I am sure it will be appreciated by all the users.

PaisaPay is indeed very good service.
Suggestions:
PaisaPay takes lot of time in verifications if payment is made via credit card. Off-late even Bank transfer via Paisapay is getting into pending status.
It should be real time transfers. But Paisapay takes very long time (2-6 days) just to verify the buyer.

When paisapay sends us DD, it can be replaced by online credits in our bank accounts.
Hope Prashant Kumar takes such small issues and help PaisaPay be still a bigger success.

Sir I have to state the response and reciprocation of Paisapay is very poor.
When a customer has to verify his payment then it becomes the duty of Paisapay to inform suggest and remind the buyer to verify the payment.
Frankly speaking it is the most cumbersome activity in ebay transaction.
Many a times my payments have been cancelled and at many a times the buyer were fed up with unresponsiveness.
My suggestion that there has to be a very clear email address to contact paisapay because all the other international site members do not know how to contact them and for them it is very annoying to go to ebay.in> help> contact>paisa pay and then query.
please make it very vibrant easily approachable by giving phone number and proper email address and ofcourse some one to answer immediately even during night hours because at that time its working overseas.
