What kind of security system u People have?? i have been bombarded with 150+ messages in 10 min from China.. and Nigeria.. please look into this nuisance and get it fixed

I am still waiting for my cheque which was released on 28th June.. Have not got it till date.. Have faxed and emailed paisapay 100 times.. no response.. my wholesalers are after me for the payment.. What to do?? What to do??? PLEASE DO SOMETHING ASAP...
