Bro today I have got a negative for a T-Shirt which was scissor cut on opening by either buyer or by courier company(as I trust my buyer I considered this as well).
Buyer wanted a refund of everything including return shipping charge, I agreed, Hardly 300 Bucks. but he has left a negative today. Also he has opened-
1- Item not received case
2- Item not significantly as described case.
It really hurts when you want to do your best and people
want to hit you their best.
I am out of my wits today, and half of my day has gone in this headache.
And by the way for your problems, eBay has many glitches, I feel best way you can sort it out is communication, If you call sellers and ask them for a solution I am 100% sure many of them will help you out. At least genuine one's will surely help. But for some Rotten Apples, You can be careful and use eBay Buyer Protection thing.
And one thing Never use negatives to speed things up, ( 2 buyers have tried this with me this in last 2 weeks)... Sellers may loose this cool and you may complicate things up. Negatives are the last measures when you have no other option but to warn others of that particular seller.
