Ebay Fooled Customers again

By bringing the notout contest ebay has certainly fooled the customers again. From the first day the page to redeem gift appeared it had bugs that were left intentionally.

From that very day I knew customer will either wont be able to redeem gift or if they are able to redeem by clicking a link below to load page again (provided at bottom intentionally).

Now to most of the customers ebay will say you have not redeemed your gift. And they will ask you to send email and all and they will keep misguiding you.

I am web developer myself managing huge portals with vistors over 2 lacs per day so I know everything about web developement and whether bugs were left intentionally or not.

I am not saying this just without any reasons. I have proof to prove it.

So the clear message is if we dont get our gifts this time. Lets teach ebay a lesson. I will assist you in doing that. I know the exact way of doing this. For more details email me at prithvi.developer@gmail.com

real.phoenix seems to be a fake seller to me for whom ebay has made just fake entries to show him as a seller. He has no items for sales and lot of feedback added intentionally to show him as a seller. He is just a guy internal to Ebay.

Guys only 9 emails supporting this cause send more emails to support this and spread the word "Ebay Cheats". Lets show ebay its true face and show what customers can do when they unite.

I am not promoting Your "word".

I have just asked eBay to offer solution to buyers who do not receive their free gifts because this in large tarnishes the image of the entire marketplace. I will advise you to remain constructive in your criticism. Also the "Proofs" you have why dont you put them open over here so that we can discuss on them.

About why real.phoenix is not having any listing live can be because of many reasons which you as a buyer may not understand. And lets not waste our time on talking something which is not relevant to the discussion.

Lets see how many people do support Cash Vouchers in place of free gift after deadline.. I request all sellers and buyers to put forward their opinions..

real.phoenix does not list on ebay.in so you will not be able to see his listings, to see his complete listings login to ebay.com and then see his listings. First learn how to use ebay. Don't just cast aspersions on sellers.

For all who have posted here I can prove real.phoenix works for a company who handles all ebay stuff. He is not more than a customer care executive himself.
Come out real.phoenix from you shell if you want to face the truth. He attacked me by claiming I am web developer or not.

If he has guts come out and just write once here @real.phoenix I can tell your address, work history and everything. I dont want to do this because I dont want to risk his job.

If you are selling here ,you are earning your livelihood because of buyers only. So all sellers are supposed confront ebay if policies are unfair or not transparent. And they shouldn't behave like real.phoenix behaved.

If I dont get my gift I will write to ebay US, ebay UK and ebay Switzerland its Head-Office how web development is being carried out in India and how customers care executives are doing their job with a copy forwaded to all major Indian Media channels.

I will show how the company handling ebay operations in India is risking users security.

@ Prithvi - Sir i understand some times lapses does happen. Major corporations like a govt has some loopholes and we can prove it as well, but try to understand not every one can be satisfied. Its not possible to be flawless today. And off course i do not deny, one needs to fight for their rights today. (Man i was roughly treated by a cop simply because I was sitting with my girl friend in a car with tinted windows and having pao bhaji) lol.

About Mustafa, he is no employee of eBay, infact he is one of the finest sellers on eBay along with raj and linus. and also trust me, i am not getting paid to write this either. and there is no shell that we need to leave behind and come out. We are eBay sellers not gangsters, its because of sellers and buyers ebay is able to survive. both are important to eBay, we as sellers think eBay is biased towards buyers and buyers think eBay is biased towards sellers. However, both fail to understand, eBay just provides a safe platform for both to carry out a transaction successfully.

About your free gifts, just keep on nabbing the customer care executives, you will get it. buy genuine mobiles at unbeatable price.
