Ebay NotOut Contest

I purchased an item entering NOTOUT0001 code under Ebay noutout contest. No when I check score it says Invalid Ebay User id/ Transaction ID.

Contacted customer support they told me link is not working and I am very surprised they can not get it to work in 1 week time. They do advertisements in TV and represent themselves as international e-commerce giant and when it comes to maintaining a simple page that a junior web developer can fix in 5 minutes they take weeks to do it.

Also there is no link to redeem gift after end of contest. It was my first experience with ebay and it was really stupid.

Come on ebay team dont spoil it.

if the code is showing in your My PaisaPay tab - then don't worry. things here on ebay.in do work but slowly. i'm too waitin for link to come-up for redemption.

@prithvi.singh: i had a similar experience and i have also posted my experience here in the forum...to be honest, usually eBay's offers work more smoothly than this...i think they changed the format around and messed up...i contacted support and they told me that the redemption link should be available by today evening...i am also waiting for the same. -- Signature: I am Jack's complete lack of surprise.

Even I'm deeply disappointed with this kind of attitude shown by EBay. My previous experiences were really very good. If this kind of attitude continues I'll stop my transactions with EBay.

It's almost end of day and now they only showing score till 10th april, with mesage that you have time till 11 th april to maximize your score :^O

No option to order the prizes... and as Per T&C we have to do that in 30 days whereas 4 days already passed
