Help me to understand how to buy product from Ebay.... as i was trying from so long but i don't know why i am not able to purchase the product.... All i see is the rating is -4... i don't know these buyers till now and not aware of the agenda behind giving the negative feedback....   Ebay team should have some community who can review all of this..... WHY SHOULD NEED GSTIN  for used items / refurbish items on sale is it necessary for posting the items on sale, ebay.in is insisting the members which is mandatory apply , whether it is necessary for mandatory apply, ebay.in is blaming the govt. of india who is advising them to comply the format.  But clearly Govt of india GSTIN new act says that Used items such as Car and other irrespective of articales do not cover GSTIN in e.commerce portal, hence similarly still the used car is selling in the e.commerce portel but the ebay.in is unnecessarily insisting the trust worthy members.   They forgot to collecting the commission amount from such used articals. Hi, I am an Indian and I have registered myself on Ebay.com, the US ebay site. First of all, is that allowed? I have read that Indians can sell on UK , US and other international ebay sites, so I registered myself. I also have a personal very old ebay account that I have used only for purchases. I made this seller account with a separate email ID and added my business info.   I have added my GSTIN, bank account information etc.   Now I am stuck at adding automatic payment menthod, Paypal. When I am trying to update the method, it gives an error saying:   "You cannot sign up for automatic PayPal payments at this time."   Please guide me on how to sell in the international market from India. I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had purchase one time for which I received damaged item and had returned back to the seller and had a word with seller he said that they are ready to refund the amount but through ebay and I need to open a case. I had opened a case in EBAY . I have called thrice to the customer service toll free but everytime I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in next 48 hrs and the refund will be processed, I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes 12 days to process the refund.     ... But I wonder why the exception not made for sellers like me who comes into following criteria- 1) Sellers who occasionally offload their used stuff on eBay 2) Sellers who do not deal commercially   For an eg.
