What is this Ebay team... i just came back from almost after 1 year but still not able to buy

Help me to understand how to buy product from Ebay.... as i was trying from so long but i don't know why i am not able to purchase the product.... All i see is the rating is -4... i don't know these buyers till now and not aware of the agenda behind giving the negative feedback....

Ebay team should have some community who can review all of this..... Today after 1 year still not able to avail the benefits of purchase goods... this is strictly unfair... rest up to you....

You will not be able to buy on ebay because some sellers have set parameter of not selling to buyers with 2 or more negative feedback's and you have 4 negative feedback's, so it will be better if you close this id and after it is closed then you can create a new id and do your purchases once again.
