Due to GST norms eBay has made it stringent to have GSTIN. But I wonder why the exception not made for sellers like me who comes into following criteria-
1) Sellers who occasionally offload their used stuff on eBay
2) Sellers who do not deal commercially
For an eg. As an individual seller if I have to sell used mobile phone then having GSTIN is mandatory?
Is this deliberate move by Govt. or kind of loophole which yet to be worked out?
Thats Absurd... I have the Same situation.
you are right sir
But due to high volume of new item listing whole ebay consept has been changed
ebay comes as a used and new item market place but the in last 10 years the market has changed and now you can see more new item listing in ebay than used . people have moved to classify app like olx .
it is sad news for used item seller but they have to comply with the government low
