Open a guarantee Claim with Ebay and explain the issue in detail. They will ask you to return it to buyer. If the product was sent to you via Powership then probably they will pick it themselves. In other case you must ship it back to seller and provide tracking details. Keep the receipt and ebay will give you coupon code for the amount equivalent to courier charges.
