Hello,    We are Top Rated seller with More than 500 + Positive feedback with 100% score. We love to make customer happy. But just due to bad customer support from ebay, we are now moving to Flipkart.    eBay customer support's false promises, Never reply to emails, not picking up calls behaviours are really annoyed us. We pay nearly 50K + fees to ebay ( Selling fees + PaisaPay Fees ). incase of feedback removal, if a buyer has left a positive comment. It means that the buyer is now happy or its on a postive note. Else why will a customer do so at all?   But as per ebay policy, whcih is constitueted as per some foreign country & needs a serious ammendments in  ebay.in policies as per Indian Standards. Here a positive follow up comment is not enough, a buyer needs to write remove negative feedback.   It means that sellers should instruct the buyer what to write & it clearly states that it is no more a representation of you positive experience which the buyer experienced but it should be merely a negative feedback removal procedure.   A policy which is impotent & needs an urgent ammendment.   Our Remark: If a buyer is giving a positive comment, it should be a reason enough to remove the negative feedback, until unless specifically specified buy the buyer that do not remove it" Because buyers don not have time to do that again and again. ... One of my buyer filed ebay Guarantee Claim that the item is faulty and he want refund. I did get a mail from ebay that the payment has been refunded to the buyer.   After few days i received another email that your paisapay account is credit with Rs.*** under ebay seller protection.   One big question :   Why ebay is suffering loss, and atleast they should tell the buyer to send the item back to seller.   Buyer gets refund as well as product. eBay placed some limits on my selling and listings. I have no negative feedback till date neither I have any adverse comments from my buyers, still however there are restrictions for not allowing me to list the items on eBay.com While most of my items on sale has foreign customer base, none of the items will sell on domestic eBay.in markets. Buyer is also confirmed it on paisapay n ebay stating he had received the item dumb ebay guys not accepting the pod or the confirmation made by the buyer .   I want to escalate it to the next level .   Ebay refunding the amount back to the buyer and insisting on getting the amount from the buyer directly .   Pathetic customer service by ebay , and nightmare doing business with ebay   I am not just gonna leave it  here am gonna take it to the highest level and make it a big escalation .   Would also like to sugest everyone not to do business with ebay .           ... Can someone tell me why paisapay COD option is disabled? It is really good move, and **bleep** a seller we are thanking you for this.    Before this, we had to wait upto 40 -50 mins in que or making calls constantly to get answered. I am a top rated gold powerseller on ebay, thanks a lot to ebay for such a wonderful selling platform. But am not happy with this "ebay Guarantee Claim" thing.   Buyer buys an item, files a claim and ebay approves it without even calling seller.   If the buyer files a claim saying "item not as described", the guarantee claim deptt. should insist the buyer to send the item back to the seller, but this not happens.   We sellers are facing loss due to this system.   For a recent case i sold an item on ebay, its lost in transit. therefore i did ship it again and in the meanwhile buyer filed a claim that item not received. Item has been delivered and now the buyer is happy. Received a call today morning from ebay guarantee claim deptt., i told them that the item has been delivered, confirm same from the buyer.   The buyer confirmed that he has received the item.   But the weird thing is that they approved the refund - I think that the claim deptt. is on drugs or alcohol   Please check the attached screenshot of mail received by claims deptt., they are saying that the buyer confirmed item received and they are approving refund. ...
