Hi, my rupay debit card is not work on ebay. I have only PNB bank account
I don't know what the 2'nd option for pay Ebay seller Fee
Any member please tell how to pay ebay Fee
OR u can ask any of ur friend who had debit card pay by his card.
you can pay using 3rd option by check
