I'm trying to sell a laptop with cash on delivery option. Somehow Paisapay COD option is disabled?

Can someone tell me why paisapay COD option is disabled? Also, when I'm clicking on add or remove option, I can see only COD option available and already ticked.

I'm unable to sell my item because of this issue.

Whenever I click on continue, I'm getting error : specify the payment mathod.

Please note that I selected the cash on delivery option in shipping details section.

COD or cash on delivery option is only for sellers who are using ebay powershipping program, I don't think that non-powership sellers are now allowed the COD option. Just check with ebay CC.
