incase of feedback removal, if a buyer has left a positive comment. It means that the buyer is now happy or its on a postive note. Else why will a customer do so at all?
But as per ebay policy, whcih is constitueted as per some foreign country & needs a serious ammendments in ebay.in policies as per Indian Standards. Here a positive follow up comment is not enough, a buyer needs to write remove negative feedback.
It means that sellers should instruct the buyer what to write & it clearly states that it is no more a representation of you positive experience which the buyer experienced but it should be merely a negative feedback removal procedure.
A policy which is impotent & needs an urgent ammendment.
Our Remark: If a buyer is giving a positive comment, it should be a reason enough to remove the negative feedback, until unless specifically specified buy the buyer that do not remove it" Because buyers don not have time to do that again and again.
