One of my buyer filed ebay Guarantee Claim that the item is faulty and he want refund.
I did get a mail from ebay that the payment has been refunded to the buyer.
After few days i received another email that your paisapay account is credit with Rs.*** under ebay seller protection.
One big question :
Why ebay is suffering loss, and atleast they should tell the buyer to send the item back to seller.
Buyer gets refund as well as product. Whats this ?
