Paid for two 8GB Sandisk Micro SD Memory Card (total amount of Rs. 800.00) on 15-Nov-2011
PaisaPay ID 30242688225

Though seller provided shipping details, the items hasn’t reached me till now.

After 12 days, I got below message.
This is to inform you that the item () has been treated as received by you, since you did not confirm the receipt of the item by 27-Nov-11.

What does this mean? I lost Rs 800?
Is there a way to claim the amount?


I can’t track the purchased item too. When trying, getting below message

This purchased item information is no longer available.

• There are a number of reasons why this information isn't available. The most common reason is that item details for purchases are not kept for more than 90 days.

The shipping info provided was (on 15 Nov 2011)

Seller id: judgejudge10
Courier name India Post (Registered / Ordinary Post)
Airway Bill number 15032
Remarks 1929

The postal officials say the above number provided mayn’t correct

Can’t lodge a complaint with India Post online, as the below link is not working

So the summary of all is:
Provide a wrong shipping info and the amount is yours. eBay is highly biased to seller.

As I don’t want to loose the precious money, won’t buy anything from eBay in future.

Have received communication from eBay regarding Refund has been initiated for the PaisaPay ID 30242688225. Thanks much for the same!

Was asking, when I’ll receive the amount.

Told. will receive the refund amount in 4-5 days. Those days are over now!!!

I can understand as I am going through with same situation. No support from ebay customer care... They are delaying till the last day and then probably I will also get the same message. Seller are playing with ebay policy and ebay is in full support rather than cancelling the order, blocking such sellers and initiate legal issue against such sellers.

I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had purchase one time for which I received damaged item and had returned back to the seller and had a word with seller he said that they are ready to refund the amount but through ebay and I need to open a case. I had opened a case in EBAY case reference number is 57001, post which I have called thrice to the customer service toll free but everytime I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in next 48 hrs and the refund will be processed, I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes 12 days to process the refund.

This means when I purchase from ebay i have to be prepared and take out time to fight with ebay, today also I have purchased one more item and I think I have done a mistake by relying on ebay processes, it seems like that.

I always have problems dealing with customer care of Ebay and account managers specially who actually have no time to resolve your issues.I keep calling them on their numbers and the only reaction they show is NO CARE.

i am also struglling to get refund my money, my gareuntee claim id is 56695 dtd 8-8-11, i have purchase an item which was not as per description so i returned and talk to seller and he comitted me to help me to get refund my money but after that neither seller does pickup my phone nor reply my messege so i filed a case in ebay for gurantee claim but after filing 20 days haved been passed out and 30 days have been passed out from sale date neither ebay customar care solve my problem nor i got my money, i have contacted customer care several times all that they say that they are looking after the case and will call back within 48 hours. i think i am got cheated by ebay, and i will wait for another 7 days after that i will take help of consumer forum against ebay.....
