Paid for two 8GB Sandisk Micro SD Memory Card (total amount of Rs. 800.00) on 15-Nov-2011
PaisaPay ID 30242688225

Though seller provided shipping details, the items hasn’t reached me till now.

After 12 days, I got below message.
This is to inform you that the item () has been treated as received by you, since you did not confirm the receipt of the item by 27-Nov-11.

What does this mean? I lost Rs 800?
Is there a way to claim the amount?


I can’t track the purchased item too. When trying, getting below message

This purchased item information is no longer available.

The shipping info provided was (on 15 Nov 2011)

Seller id: judgejudge10
Courier name India Post (Registered / Ordinary Post)
Airway Bill number 15032
Remarks 1929

The postal officials say the above number provided mayn’t correct

Can’t lodge a complaint with India Post online, as the below link is not working

So the summary of all is:
Provide a wrong shipping info and the amount is yours. eBay is highly biased to seller.

As I don’t want to loose the precious money, won’t buy anything from eBay in future.

Similar thing happened to me too. I bought Netgear wirelss router. It did not worked for single second. ebay suggested me to send the item back to the seller, which I did immidietly. After that one month has passed, but I have not yet got the refund. All my mails to ebay remains unanswered, although the automatic reply says that I will get a response in 1 day. I have called the customer care over phone, they also confirmed me that it will be refunded next day, but as usual no action.

This is the reason why Indian customer don't believe in online shopping.

at Ebay...even escalation center does not care when seller gets lost and buyer does not get his money or his material.

Ebay simply says that the seller has been removed.
and buyer is made to hang around without any care to return money...

sellers wind up...or ebay boots them..
if we have paid we are in a serious soup..
and no solution.

ebay people do not even pick up calls..
and we can never get response to email or even their support chat.

It is really sad that eBay is so irresponsible. The system should be made more transparent, so that a good business dealing is pssible.

eBay is only interested in the commisions they could ‘eat’ from sellers.

If they wish to see eBay India exist, the escalation team should be third party members.

Many many examples telling there is nothing like, Ebay Buyer Protection. Can't they remove that 'joke line'. Stop making mockery of buyers.

Please do not worry, You can write email to ebay and they will surely help you as everyone knows ebay is biased to buyer not sellers. Sellers are toys in the hand of ebay they can play the way they want 🙂

Well, eBay India is toying with both Sellers and Buyers!!!

BTW, got below message from eBay on Friday, December 2, 2011 5:32 PM

Four days passed, since my Claim Number 68530 has been approved. No refund, no response from eBay!!! 😞
