Ebay I need to ask you certain questions:

1. When i write to Ebay Support (incswebhelp@ebay.com), i do not get any reply. Why??
2. When i call to my account manager regarding Powership, i get an answer that my PC is hanged and i will call you after 2mins. Come on ebay, what kind of PC your managers are using. P2 with Win95? And most important 2mins never comes. When i call them again they pretend as if they are busy handing calls and i have to provide them all the information again. As if they are in a call center.
3. Powership is not mention while i am creating a listing. Why? The charges of Powership is different from what i use to charge the buyers. But surprisingly there is no mention about Powership in the listings? Why?
4. When i write to person handling Powership regarding manuals on powership, i get a reply instantly, but i do not get a reply on any reluctant behaviour on powership service.
5. it was surprisingly to know that Powership is not available on some cities, but when i checked the availability and service in that city in DTDC website, it shows service available. Not sure how Ebay is managing all this? Please explain Ebay!!
However Ebay i know that Powership is a good service provide by you to the sellers, and i think you people are working in background to make to more user friendly, but please respond to sellers on their queries. It is not even one week and sellers have started writing negative points on Powership. Ebay please stand up and atleast reply to us.

Hi,

Yes I agree, we are not getting satisfactory reply or solution to the problems relating to Powership neither from CS, A/c Manager's and others.

Today Six days have past, ALL the orders of Bluedart are Pending, I am assured on daily basis from last 3 days that today they will come for pickup. And that today never comes.
Now buyers have started complaining through mail, why their orders are not shipped.

What Feedback or DSR can I expect from them now.

Also I had asked a question what about the refunded orders which cannot be shipped by powership. Will I be liable for the penalty clause like before, I was told they he will check and revert, still waiting for the reply. As if a order cannot be shipped by Powership which is having 4 Major Logistics like Fedex, Bluedart, ARAMEX and DTDC surely it will not be servicable by any other good courier.

1. Fedex people are asking for 2 copies of the declaration and invoice for all the orders, huhhh which is really very frustrating.

2. ebay is generating AWB automatically without checking the serviced area by the company, fedex has already returned me 3 packets due to no service, i am wondering what to do now, my account manager says they will arrange a pick up by bluedart shortylu, its been in total 5 days.

3. with the point 2 happening i wonder who will take the responsibility of the low DRS for shipping and costs, ebay cs will as usual repeat its not in our policy , soon we will be thrown out from the powerseller group, then business will go down day by day and at last we will again have to start from the point A.

Dear Sellers, it is very clear that DTDC and Aramex have still not come on board and they are not giving their service to ebay.

Today I got one non-powership order for Sikkim where DTDC has service but BD and Fedex both do not have service at that pincode, ebay has made it an non-powership order means clearly DTDC is not a logistic partner with ebay till now.

I would like ebay to clarify their stand because we were given the understand was that 4 courier have joined with ebay namely Aramex, BD, DTDC and Fedex but now only 2 are operational(BD and Fedex) which is not at all ok with us as we discontinue our contract with DTDC and hence we do not get bulk discount rates any more so it is very expensive to ship.

After using powership my DSR ratings has gone really bad, shipping time DSR count has become 10 & shipping and handling charges count has become 6. I am an above standard seller globally and was aiming for a top rated seller, now all gone and i am very disappointed with powership. Infact i had sent most of my orders the same day to eligible for fastship, but i don't think i am being credited 0.5% discount and 5 star ratings.

Anybody got .5% discount & 5 star dsr ratings???

Please standardize what we need to give to the courier guys along with the shipment, as we are taking a print of the following documents.

1. Label (which is pasted on the Parcel)
2. Order Sheet (which goes inside the shipment Bag)
3. Shipping Declaration (which is put on the back of the shipment sleeve)
4. Manifest (on which we take Acknowledge from the pickup boy)

Now the problem is ALL courier pickup boys are asking extra prints as they like.

Aramex guy said it would be better if you take out 2 copies of Manifest so I can keep 1 as Reference at our office so we started taking 2 copies of Manifest.

Fedex guy said instead of Manifest if you give us a copy of Label it would be better as it has Barcode and all the information of the shipment, so we agreed and started taking 2 prints of Label instead of Manifest.

Now yesterday Bluedart Pickup boy named Umeesh came for pickup after 6 Days of followup and started threatening if I don't get 1 extra copy of label and 1 extra copy of Manifest I will not collect the parcel.

World is struggling on saving unnecessary use of paper and these guys are taking out their own rules and threatening not to collect the shipment, if we do not provide extra prints of whatever they want. So Please guide us and instruct their higher up's as well, as to what they would prefer for their reference and how many prints.

All the orders that have come today are not going through Powership even though Fedex/Bluedart both cover the area. All orders are coming in the Unshipped bucket which need to be shipped through our own courier. Anyone else facing this issue ?

for the sales made during powership days, we are scr***ed royally, buyer has not received item, FEDEX/BlueDart has not picked up product, Ebay has initiated refund, and a Bad DSR and negative is on the way....

what do we do? suck our thumbs?

will ebay take some resp for the mess and help us with feedbacks received for transactions scr***ed due to Powership?

i guess not. a sincere advise, log out of it to cut your losses...

And a few suggestions to EBAY Brainstorming team especially the one resp for Powership

1. Tie up with courier company only for rates and generate Shipment code, something like BDEBAY*** where BD indicate blue dart, ebay and then *** for the seller id

2. Once you generate such codes for all courier companies with competitive rates, communicate the same to sellers who will then tie up with them in the same manner as they do now.

3. Try to get as many and as smaller weight slabs to benefit ebay sellers as ebay sells goods of perhaps the maximum varieites in terms of wieght and volume

4. Close Down Powership to prevent further erosion of sellers DSR

For all the sellers who are posting in this forum, Do you think that Ebay ever monitor this forum? Did you get any reply or feedback from any of the Ebay Managers? Do you think that this is just a forum where sellers can remove their frustrations and Ebay does not even bother on this?
Today i have learned that DTDC has been shipping items through Powership. I got to know this when i have gone to courier a non-powership order. I went to DTDC which is my preferred courier service. I think Ebay must have categorized Sellers (according to their rating or feedback or past history) and included them among any 4 courier’s services.
I have seen that mostly my orders are included in Fedex. Have any of the sellers observed this? With this we can learn the ebay pattern of distribution of couriers, because Ebay will not open on this subject.
