I have a -ve feedback from a buyer. I resolved buyers concern and he aggreed to accept my request. Unfortunately, E-bay has restricted this buyers account for some reason. Bacause of this, I am not able to send feedback revision request to this buyer.
Called Hopeless and Pathetic E-bay customer service service for this and they keep telling buyer is restricted so I won't be able to submit revision request. Customer service rep won't even let me talk to a manager to find solution for this.
As per E-bay policy, if I am allowed to send 5 revision request, why I should suffer for E-bay restricting this buyer.
VERY VERY Frustrated and Un-happy with E-bay customer service.
