Where are the Buyers???????????????

Hello Sellers,

Offlate i have been experiencing very low sales. The lowest in this year for past 1 week.

This has increased with ebay not offering any gift coupouns.

Anybody experiencing the same situation.

anandxyz , i can seee u r a gud buyer. Pls dont let your recent transacions dishearten u from ebay. Speak to seller first, and if unsatisfied, only then leave a negative as a matter of last resort. Yes, seller will appeal but u can always open a case in TnS against crooked sellers if u feel u have been truly wronged. Genuine Buyers like u are the crux of ebay foundation and it would be a pity if u stopped shopping on ebay .

hi c153niyam , another thing i notice in recent time 1000+ positive feedback means good seller that's a myth if ebay want more genuine buyers and more sales then the ebay should address buyers genuine concerns more genuine sellers>more buyers>more sales thats how it goes i request to all sellers please be polite to the buyers then buyers will understand sellers problems to after all true professionals do that it will increase the sale i need a Siemens Answering machine well i cant buy it from the ebay because when i searched the ebay for it i found that only one seller have this but the problem is that to many buyers facing the problem of tempered boxes from this seller now i am thinking to buy it from smartshoppers, so we need genuine seller if ebay want more buyers please be a true professional

Indeed eBAY is not atall helpfull for Buyers. eBAY all gurantee program only for seller and eBAY must ensure that seller should recive the money. eBAY is not at all concern. Whether is happening with buyer!! I have doubt know the eBAY having strong nexus with seller to cheat buyers.

See My case POSTED. i HAVE Been hareshed by both seller as well as eBAY. Seller confirmed receipt of payment on 30/07/2010 and till date neither item has sihped nor money has refunded. Just i am posting judgement of appeal made by me. Tanscript of judgement is given below:

In my opinion this is most unreasonable and unlawful justification. It means, in opinion of eBAY court jury meners should not express their honest fedback against the seller. If the buyer cheated to Buyesr.

I like to submit the ID of all jury members participated in justification of judgement. Please provide me the eBAY ID of Jury members.

Jury members appears to be biosed and in favour of seller only. There is know protection for buyer at eBAY.

Here is the TRANSCRIPT of Judgement given by the eBAY on 09/08/2010 against my Appeal as follows:

My question to eBAY Court and Administration:

1. Was the appeal jugement carries any values?
2. If yes then how the JURY acetain and contradict Appeal Judgement.
3. The all process are bogus?

Attention jury members, I student from your unjustified and unlawfl judgement. It is biased judgement and no way in interest of buyer.

Moreover, I will drag this matter to Indian Court of Law against eBAY as well as the seller under the provision of IPC under 406 & 420.

My feedback should be removed. Seller directly cheated me. It was also confessed by eBAY against my APPEAL Judgment.

You know most surising judgement that the eBAY Court awraded judgement in Favour of seller.

I am also contemplating a legal case in the consumer court and also as advised by my lawyer a FIR against ebay and support folks for unfair practice and cheating.

I am contemplating another case in the high court against ebay and support folks for unfair practice and cheating with eBUYS. eBAY should stop operation in India?

All the support channel in ebay for buyers are bogus. eBAY sold tyhemself in hand of seller.

I am totaly agree with you. Indeed you should go ahead for Indian Court of Law rather to depening on eBAY support team and Court. Totaly bogus and meaningless

ratan.trade - I find it very hard to understand what you are trying to say. Try to keep your posts short and to the point.

I am a buyer like I had said earlier and hate non-genuine sellers. However sellers who provide good service are a pleasure to deal with and I like to buy from them again and again.

I have recently been getting better deals elsewhere too and so I am buying there.
Books - flipkart, Electronics - Amazon etc...

ebay rarely gives discount coupons now. Even the offer gifts are shipped very late. I am still waiting for a gift for an item that I had bought around a month back.

On some other sites where they have gift offers, I get the gifts usually together with the item or at the maximum within a week. Never does it take a month or so.

They (the other sites) sell what they have or can source for sure. Flipkart actually lists the number of days a book will take to be shipped depending on where they'll be sourcing it from. It's not like the transaction I had on ebay where the seller didn't have the item and could not source it on time either.

27/07/2010: Demand draft was delivered to Seller: confirmed by indian postal department

30/07/2010:Seller acknowledged the receipt of demad draft

01/08/2010: Seller opened UPI CASE and denied receipt of payment.

02/08/2010: Seller re-confirmed receipt of payment on 30/07/2010.

04/08/2010: eBAY's Judegemnt of my Appeal and removed UPI.

Neither I have recived the item nor the refund till date.

Appeals are pending with eBAY. eBAY seems to helpless to favour buyer.
