Now, I also started to get the pain. I received the Negative from a buyer stating that "i didn't get material till now." from mummuluri_8242.
The buyer didn't even contacted me before leaving the feedback and also the product has been delivered to his office according to the DTDC.
What should I do now with the first negative which cannot be removed? ---------------

Today we have received the reply form ebay , just read the words .
Unfortunately, we are unable to remove neutral comment on your account.
Additionally, even if the comment were removable, a replacement would
not be possible, as this would be considered a form of editing and
editorial control exercised by eBay.
I have clear that the feedback is not cover any item description , feedback is totally unfair as it is not covering the product feature . still ebay is not removing same .
i need support from all sellers , is there any fault of us ?
Indraneel can u update .

just read the following reply. they always care buyer , seller is " ram bharose "
While the feedback removal policy does allow for removal when you leave
a comment for the wrong person, positive comments do not qualify, as
this would result in a reduction of a member's score to which they most
likely would not agree to. Likewise, neutral comments would not qualify
for removal under this guideline either

I will like to bring to your attention an unjust feedback received by a buyer spoiling our 100% track record for which we have worked so hard till date.
Feedback Received
FRAUD SELLER.FORCING ME TO COMPLETE DEAL OUTSIDE EBAY.NEVER BUY FROM THIS FRAUD Buyer: priyankas1092008 ( 0 ) 25-Jun-2008 21:53
The buyer has not even made a payment till date. The item sold in this case is a memory card for Rs 300 to 400 approximate. Why would i try to complete deal outside ebay. I have never had any complaints like this in the past. I guess the buyer has inorder to save himself from payment left this negative feedback. I tried contacting the buyer and the call is answered by his friend who doesnt even know how to speak in English. Clearly a case of cheating by someone to spoil our reputation.
I want to know what will ebay do now to save us from this disgrace for no fault of ours. I havent yet raised the UPI as i feel that the buyer may leave a statement and then i am left with the negative feedback forever. I would like users and Indraneel to advise how best this can be handled.
Thanks,
Mumbaistores

Let things cool down a little, then file the UPI. Unless a heavily notorious buyer, there won't be an issue

@mumbaistores
There is no logic in ebay customer care. The logical sense are only found in humans. The answers you are getting has no emotions or logic. They are robots. Human robots who are sitting far away .. saat samundar dooor... who are least interested in looking who is buyer and who is seller and what happned and what impact it will have on seller. Hence if the interest to solve problems are not primary for the robots, dont expect anything to change. I only suggest @mumbaistores to file UPI and wait. The only last hope id UPI fails is Indraneel and Indian TnS team who have emot***s in them ;).

I filed for unjust feedback using ebay's link and i am heart broken to say this is what i have received. An automated cut and paste response from ebay. Is this why we are doing business on this site. Now my last hope is only Indraneel and lets see what he has to say or do in this case.
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to write to us today. My name is Roshan,
and I would like to assist you further.
After a long and careful review of the comment in question, I have found
that the comment has not met the requirements for removal. These
requirements are outlined in our Feedback Abuse, Withdrawal and Removal
Policy on the following Help page:
http://pages.ebay.in/help/policies/feedback-abuse-withdrawal.html
Regrettably, unless the feedback meets this policy, I cannot remove it.
Now, I wish that in cases such as yours we could bend the rules.
However, this is one area where eBay must be rather stringent due to the
legal liability posed to us should we vary from this policy.
Please understand that the decision not to remove feedback is not based
upon any judgment of how a transaction was conducted, or whether any
blame should or should not be placed with one of the traders in
question. Rather, the decision is based purely on whether the comment in
question is removable as per our feedback removal policy.
However, when a buyer fails to respond to an Unpaid Item notification
and the seller issues an Unpaid Item strike against them, the buyer can
still leave a Feedback comment, but the Feedback rating they leave for
the transaction will not count toward the seller’s Feedback Score.
With this said, we will investigate this member for possible site
violations.
For future reference, eBay does have a Bidder Block service that does
allows you to create your own list of eBay members who will no longer be
permitted to buy any of your items. Members can be added or removed
from this list at your discretion. By placing a User ID on this list,
eBay will block them from buying your items. If a member on your Bidder
Block list changes their User ID, eBay will automatically update your
Bidder Block list for you.
To add or delete a member to on your bidder block list, you can follow
these steps:
1. Click on 'My eBay' from the top of any eBay page. You may be asked to
sign in.
2. In the left hand side toolbar, click on 'Preferences' under the My
Account section.
3. In the Seller Preferences section of this page, locate Buyer
requirements and click on the 'show' link on the right hand side.
4. Click on the 'edit' link
5. Buyer preferences are shown on this page. To add or remove specific
User ID's to your blocked list, click on 'buyer requirements exemption
list' at the top of the page.
6. Click on 'Add an eBay user to my Blocked Bidder/Buyer List'
7. Add or remove User ID's and click on 'submit' to save the settings.
For more information on bidder management, please visit the following
help page:
http://pages.ebay.in/help/sell/manage_bidders_ov.html
I'm sorry and understand how frustrating this must be and if you have
any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
Sincerely yours,
Roshan
