Received the Negative feedback with superb comment.

Hi All,

Now, I also started to get the pain. I received the Negative from a buyer stating that "i didn't get material till now." from mummuluri_8242.

The buyer didn't even contacted me before leaving the feedback and also the product has been delivered to his office according to the DTDC.

What should I do now with the first negative which cannot be removed? ---------------

I have also got a neutral feedback from a buyer for the reason - delay in receiving the goods. I have explained the buyer for the reason in delay and the buyer is completely satisfied with my reason and he is also prepared to withdraw the neutral feedback. He has also contacted ebay customer care to withdraw the feedback, but as expected he has received the copy - paste reply stating that ebay policy doesn't allow to withdraw the feedback. Hello Indraneel,

A very good evening to you though it is the other way round to me!

Two days back, for the first time ever, my feedback profile recieved a negative comment for no fault of mine.

The buyer won a bid (item# 150264393256) and commited to pay within 2 days after listing closure. I waited for the payment but I could hear nothing from his side and that made me to look for a new buyer for that item. But after a 2 weeks of time he mailed me about the delay and was requesting the same product. I informed him about the unavailability and offered some other models but unfortunately it seems he was not interested and as a result he didn't care to reply me any more.

I filed a UPI for the transaction yesterday waiting for almost a month and all of a sudden the buyer replied back with a negative feedback stating that I'm a cheater as I did not sell the item. Pathetic! The more interesting part of it is that I called the buyer after this incident and asked the reason for the negative comment, he replied with a 'big' sorry and told me that he would change the negative to positive---such an innocent buyer who doesn't even know the policies of eBay and the consequence of a single negative feedback!!

Now the ball is in your court!

If you can do me a favor by removing this negative feedback left by this new buyer I would be grateful to you!

i had got negative feedback-- because my buyer--giorgiogiorgio0-- from italy had got the items by ems in time and well and then after recieving the items he had tried to make fraud and try to cheat me, by opening the dispute on items not recieved, then items not as decribed.
as i had proved that he recieve the items by ems, then he had open dispute item not as described, i told to buyer send the item back for full refund but didnt replied and make the unfair negative feedback.
buyer had also claim the money refund from paisepay-- for the item i sold to him with a reason that he had recieved the item after deadline--but EMS SHOWS ==that item recieved by buyer is in well time, buyer had try to make fraud and cheating by every mean after getting the items, but couldnt sucess, then make unfair negative feedback.
i am surpise , that we cant do any thing even buyer is fraud , cheater or anything he can do to seller.
ebay should take action against such a buyer , i had requested every where , but no body is ready to hear about buyer fault.
i hope this buyer will kill to so many sellers in future.
all seller should block him. as buyer is big fraud and cheater--after recieving the goods in proper time and well and good condition , tries to make refund of payment by every mean and if fails to get refund then make negative feedback.
which we cant remove and ebay too--.

Even after shipping the genuine items Sellers are Getting Neutrals /Negative Feedback.

My feedback Gone Down from 99.4% to 98.80% because of a neutral feedback left by the buyer " kalpesh_info ".
feedback left is " Item is good but shipping services(Prof. Courier) is very bad.It's too much slow"

in last one week my items Worth Rs.10400. has been stolen from parcels in PROFESSIONAL COURIER.

WHEN EBAY WILL STOP CALCULATING NEUTRAL AS NEGATIVE AND WHEN EBAY WILL STOP ENCOURAGING BUYERS TO LEAVE NEGATIVE / NEUTRAL ???:-(

I have been reading the comments posted by mainly sellers out here.

I have a small point to make. I have been with ebay since baazee times. I lost my entire positive feedback score when baazee changed over to ebay since my login ID and email ID were the same (which is not as per ebay policy). I had to register and open a fresh account with ebay. So ebay is not only for buyers as said by many of you.

I have never sold anything but only purchased items which interested me. On many an occasion I have paid for the item (I only use paisapay) only to find the seller not shipping the item (it probably did not fetch the sale price the seller thought it would).

By the time refund is credited back to my account it is over one month and sometimes even more (presently I am still awaiting refund of two items bought on 9 July and not despatched by the seller). Tell me honestly, in such cases should the buyer not give a negative feedback to the seller.

Lastly, please remember that internet shopping is still in a nascent stage in India. Traditionally we are a nation of people used to small bazaars and 'haats' who like to touch, feel, squeeze, smell and taste the product before we buy it! If ebay does not adopt certain pro buyer policies or makes it appear that they are pro buyer, who will shop here!
