Received the Negative feedback with superb comment.

Hi All,

Now, I also started to get the pain. I received the Negative from a buyer stating that "i didn't get material till now." from mummuluri_8242.

The buyer didn't even contacted me before leaving the feedback and also the product has been delivered to his office according to the DTDC.

What should I do now with the first negative which cannot be removed? ---------------

Hi all,

I had even contacted the buyer and he said he will contact ebay for the feedback withdrawal. Lets see what happens.

TechiE, I was shocked to see a negative which was left to m_jabeen. Mine is far more better. ---------------

Thanks for answering me !

All of us are basically concerned and worried about the day we shall face a similar situation. And we wish to know how actively eBay.in gets the matter resolved.

As you must be aware there are numerous threads active these days on the boards about something or other related with the new feedback policy. Many of them have already been a victim and I am scared of the same thing happening with myself.

I hope Navaneeth's (snrama) case would be looked upon seriously , so that we could gain atleast 10% confidence in the whole new system .

Dear Community members,

I totally understand and agree that the feedbacks been highlighted by you on this thread are totally unjust and are eligible to be removed. However, i'd like to reiterate that such unjust feedbacks if reported will be surely removed keeping in mind that buyers in India tend to be more impulsive in nature than any other market.

We cannot take any actions unless the seller appeals for such unjust feedbacks through this link - Report a Feedback Problem. Unjust feedbacks such as 'Neutrals and Negatives' with positive comments or feedback not given for the transaction i.e. irrelevance or feedbacks given by mistake/impulsively should be immediately reported through this link: Report a Feedback Problem.

If you still feel that the necessary action being taken by the team after the case was appealed you can feel free to post on this forum your concerns as always and I'd do my best to escalate the same to the concerned team.

Navneeth (snrama) - you have done the right thing by asking the buyer to write to the team with his comments which will only strengthen your case for removal of that Negative.

I also understand that most of you might not be aware that many sellers such as edropp.bazar, sjewelsdk have benefited from this reporting tool but as they are not a part of the community forum, their successful escalations remaion unheard of. However here's one such testimonial from a fellow community member which should build some confidence in you as a concerned community member (seller).

I hope the members take full benefit of the reporting tool and give us a chance to remove such unjust feedbacks.

Thanks for the reply. I received a mail from buyer as he wants to withdraw the feedback. I have forwarded the same to eBay today. I have even attached the same to you. ---------------

It gives me immense pleasure to state that all the UNJUST 'Negative' feedbacks being reported on this thread have been removed.

Navneeth (snrama) - There is no 'Negative' on your Feedback account.

Ankur (techniwas) & Shuaib (brand.deal) - you both have really shown the entire community that there's no other place like our community forums where member honestly and selflessly supports other fellow members and help them grow and accelerate.

I forgot to update the thread on your issue wherein you received an Ujust 'Neutral' feedback which is now removed.
I hope you have taken note of that and can heave a sigh of relief :-).

user had given unfair feedback " DVD Player cannot recognize NTFS file system of external hard disks "

as We have not written anywhere that it will support hard disk .

also it is common technical funda that no DVD player support External hard disk via USB , so why such unfair feedback .

We need please update with the solution.

need please remove the unfair feedback soon.

We request you to kindly report this through this link Report a Feedback Problem. Please point out that the Neutral feedback was given for those requirements which were not mentioned in the Item description.

You can also state that the buyer did not consult with you before purchasing if the requirement which he was looking for was available or not.
