your Re1 autions are useless. Becuase if a person win with very less price than seller does not send the items saying it is out of stock.
i have bid and won for cordless headphone item no. 5765401222 and sent the money on the same day by paisa pay (PaisaPay ID 52912440). Now seller says that item is out of stock and wants to return the money. It is ridiculous that he is selling same item even now on ebay itself and at the same time saying it is out of stock. It is just because that your policy says that seller can either supply you item or return your money back. I don,t understand that if a seller has option to return money back then he will always use it whenever he gets lesser profit in auctions.
Kindly look into the matter or stop auctions.
