Indian seller beware Argentina buyer bids 10-15 item and don;t pay shipping

please be beware ofthis buyer no feedback suspicious address and wants 10 items to be shipped to Argentina for free and if we don't send (which we are not going to) he/she threats like this .Seller and ebay team please advice how to deal which such cases.

you should have mentioned the item nos for understanding why the buyer tells like that. By the way did you mention anywhere that the shipping is free? It looks buyer has misunderstood about selling price and shipping.

we had told him the shipping charges according to the area and this what the reply.Either the buyer think he is very smart or ebay need to educate the buyer more.And I request buyer threating and abusive language doen't lead to anything, we usually do our best to give best rate choice and full refund even the shipping we refund, so it to nice to use good language.

Hi,

I think the buyer does not have much experience of eBay. As per the reply these buyers seem to consider themselves too clever and their language is definitely rude. If the buyer is buying from an ID with address of Argentina then the seller is supposed to send the item to Argentina, not to India, as per normal rules. Off-course one can tend to relax those norms in case of a personal and mutual understanding but the seller is not bound to do that.


If a seller has not offered a Buyer picks up and pays mode of delivery in the listing, as in this case, then he can't be compelled to provide that- a request can definitely be made with mutual terms and conditions. The buyer needs to resolve those matter amicably, preferably before bidding. .
