ICICI does not support Paypal : Now how do I buy from international buyers?

Hi,
I had won a bid for an item sold by an overseas buyer. When I tried making the payment through paypal using my ICICI debit card, I got an error message. I queried with the ICICI customer care and they have told me that ICICI does not allow making payments to Paypal!!! So now how do I make the payment overseas?

Hey this is bad news, is it only debit cards or even credit cards and bank accounts too cannot make payments to paypal ???.

The support guy mentioned that ICICI ceased the support a month back.:-(

What about other Banks - HDFC, SBI, etc?

Hi, I purchased a small value item from china through my ICICI credit card linked with Paypal . It was succesful without any problem .

I also got it working with credit card, but debit card is still not working!!!!
