Hi

i was out of station and was out of business last week and was not able to send buyers item and was not contactable but before that we provided very well service and if we dont reply to buyer in 4-5 days than we dont expect a year old buyer to write like this and that also when we are helping him after his item is already out of warranty and providing pick up and doing his mobile perfect.

We will contact buyer and will see to it that he gets his item immeidately.

@anandxyz sir they told if you make the payment we will give the product after repairing 😞 so what do i say for the comment for what the seller has made above its been 14 days no mails and no chats ,,,, what do i do ? shouldnt i post some thing on the feedback form or what you tel me ?? after posting the comments on feedback the seller is saying he was out of station ?

We have already discontinued lifetime service way before

in this it was 1 year warranty

Buyer had complained on 17th july that his mobile has problem.i told he can send me.

He told arrange a pick up he is ready to pay pick up charge.

At that time if i was not genuine i could have told him to pay pick up charge first

but i made his pick up without taking payment firstly and then on getting item very well informed him.

than in 2 days it was done and i demanded for payment on 22nd july to which buyer done payment on 29th july but i never told anything to him for that in 7 days.

Now i was not i business due to emergency from 27th and couldnt check his payment of 700rs and send item as i was at native

Now on coming back due to high work load i was unable to check mails o buyer.I came to knwo by mycollegue about this post and replied and contacted buyer just now and he will get his product in 2-3 days.
