PaisaPay Payment query

I have just paid for HDMI cable today through paisapay the amount is deducted from my bank account but I have not received any confirmation mail or payment details mail from ebay.in of the same. I tried calling the customer support but they asked me to wait for sometime but this is really frustrating for me. How hard is it to send ebay.in a mail once I pay for it just so that the process is transparent to me.

PS: I forgot to mention that I got this weird error in icici payment portal that the amount is reserved. Does it have something to do with not getting a mail this is my first time buying from ebay.in If that is the case how do I make the order/ get a refund which is easier.

I called up customer care and they asked me for my bank transaction details they will either refund my money or validate the transaction it will take another 48 hours. online shopping in India FTW!!!
