Going to file a case in consumer court against ebay now

The customer care is full of idiots who cannot resolve anything. If they dont have any idea and they cant do anything then what is the use of contacting such fools everyday ? Why doesn't ebay provide support from someone who can help ? I have lost all my hopes. The only thing left for me to do now is to file a case in the consumer court to get my money back as also claim compensation for all the harassment. Guys dont ever buy anything on ebay. They will eat your money for sure.

Bro I purchased Samsung note 2 worth 22000 and gifted to my frnd and it turned out to be fraud and Samsung service centre recognize it's not a Samsung mobile. ....cheaters plz file a court case against them

have ebay team gone mad...unke hi ek salesman hi sirf meri mobile buy kaise karte hai jo mujhe nahi aa raha tha..apne usko galat samjha aur usko uska payment diye bagair suspend kiya..wo bhi apka product sell karne ke baad bhi... ye to nsinsafi hai.. pls meri wajahse us seller ki payment mut rukvaiye.. main to us seller ko 5 stars se bhi agar aur hote to bhi dena chahugi..

us seller ne sirf meri help ki online shopping kaise karte hai wo batane ki...aur aap use apke cmpy ke rules ke khilaf jane ki saja uski payment na deke aur suspend karke ki...

I am also have same problem with www.ebay.in. Their serivce is very poor after service.

I purchased a Power Bank on 6th Oct '14 & received on the next day. It was
not Working with my Xiaomi MI3 mobile, also checked with others MI3 mobile
at service center. Service center said that problem is with Power Bank not
with mobile. I have raised the issue & also communicated with the seller.
Seller said that return that Power Bank & claim your money back from Ebay.
I returned again Power Bank on 18'th Oct'14 to the seller. Receipt of
couriers attached with mail. I contact with seller, confirm that he
received power bank.

Today I have again called the customer care executive Mr Azeem & discussed
the issue.

Many time I did the same mail & called customer care. They are saying please sent proof of sent item ot seller.
