Have called up the customer care 100 times have emailed them 100 times
but no respite. I am amazed at the audacity with which you guys take
members of EBAY for a ride.
Still waiting for a resolution of the problem.

Contacted the customer care several times and have been promised again

resolve cause now its getting irritating. Also cannot pursue the matter
