Diwali gift redemption link is not available

when we see the chat topics 60% are about the "gift claims"
ebay is just spoiling the image and the customers faith in ebay...I am also facing the same problem as per the Terms & condition of ebay http://deals.ebay.in/diwali2012/tnc.html#?t=1 to redeem the gift, user should log on to http://deals.ebay.in/diwali2012/ but there is no link available on the page. if there is some technical problem then at least representative should reply to customers very fast.I am also waiting to claim the gift as im eligible for that my Paisapay ID 32408632106. Hope so ebay will reply to customers asap so that customers keep faith in Ebay.

This is Forgery . I am a lawyer and might contemplate legal actions against E-Bay for not keeping up to its words and misguiding public by giving false information and schemes . E-bay should compensate for this treachery .

I have purchased item worth Rs 58,000- using diwali coupon code.when i am trying redeeming my gift ,it is saying "i am not eligible for this promotion". Hope e-ebay will keeps the promise.

For the people who dont know how to redeem their "Diwali Offer Gift":
Login to eBay => at the middle of the page you will find a long banner called "Diwali Dhamaka", Click there and follow the instructions to get your gift.
Call Customer Care on 18002093229 for more help

I have purchased items More than Rs. 100000/-(1Lac Above) using diwali promotion code, when try to access the free gift redemption link I got a message saying Oops: you are not eligible for this promotion. I am just waiting for the morning so that i can call eBay customer care regarding the same.
I will post again after revert from eBay.

Same here! I made sure that I follow everything as per the Diwali Damaka terms. The coupon was also entered. But now the link is telling me that I am not eligible for the gift. What is this? 😞

i saw the link / ad in the middle of the page now (not in the morning) with a yellow banner that said redeem you gifts.
when i clicked on it , it asked for confirming id & password , then went on to ask for pin no. which i entered after i got a computerized call from ebay on my mobile now. when i entered the pin, it said unable to proceed...some stupid error in red saying signin.ebay.in blah blah...utter crap!!!
now when i click on the link, it says am not eligible for it!! WTF EBAY!! fix it !!

I think ebay has planned not to give any diwali dhamaka gifts and instead started selling the items kept as gifts on DAILY DEALS

wow what a coincidence cause just a few hours ago many have reported that ebay has made them ineligible for diwali gifts!!!

their activities are very suspicious since august and they are not picking up calls and not replying to mails even after (14*24=)336hours!

have you also noticed that they are putting notices that they have difficulty in receiving consumer requests via phone , via email and via chat!
