Diwali gift redemption link is not available

I purchased a product for 16900 and i am eligible for claiming a gift but the link is no where available..Paisa pay id:32423379995..

I have made 2 purchases totalling 40 thousand and everytime i try the link for redeeming my diwali gift, it throws up screen that i am not eligible for this promotion.

I have already sent out multiple mails to Customer support but no reply for any of them. I am not sure what ebay is intending with this unprofessional attitude.
Kindly if some customer service representative is reading this post, assist with the problem.

I called up ebay customer caste and they told its some technical problem from their end which will be resolved very soon..

The Diwali link is not working..I called the customer care and after spending 10 minutes in wait time and verifying my account details with the operator, I was told that the link will work in a day or two...

I have two questions:

1)Why the whole e-bay website with thousands of pages is working perfectly except for that link? Does e-bay expect people to spend their 2 hours a day visiting cyber cafes to check whether the ONE link is working so that they can claim what was promised for by e-bay?

In case the link is not working, then why does not e-bay take the redemption requests on phone?

I assume that e-bay is a reputed US MNC and expect a level of professionalism from them.

Hi! I am writing about my purchase item no 160895033734 ( Sony Xperia SL phone for Rs 22500). Although I bought the phone during the Diwali Dhamaka offer and also used the requisite coupon correctly (which was accepted by your system) however, I am surprised to notice that the site is not recognising my entitlement to the gift. Please correct this discrepancy and get back to me as soon as possible so that I can redeem my free gift. As per the scheme, I qualify for a jabra bluetooth clipper and would be grateful if you could dispatch this to me.

THE ENTIRE GIFT BUSINESS OF EBAY IS THE GREATEST HOAX AND CHEATING OF OUR TIMES.

I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING FROM EBAY FOR LAST 5 YEARS AND ALWAYS HAVE SOME OR OTHER PROBLEM TRYING TO REDEEM THE GIFTS.

EBAY DEVICES VERY VERY CLEVER AND COMPLICATED GIFT SCHEMES SO THAT NO ONE CAN UNDERSTAND THEM IN FIRST PLACE OR EVEN IF ONE UNDERSTANDS EBAY CREATES SO MANY TECHNICAL AND OTHER HURDLES AND MANY PEOPLE JUST LEAVE THIER GIFTS UNREDEEMED.

I SINCERELY THINK THAT THE TECHNICAL ERRORS ARE NOT ACCIDENTAL BUT DELIBERATE.

ON ATLEAST TWO EARLIER OCCASIONS I HAD TO GO TO THE EXTENT OF GIVING A LEGAL NOTICE TO REDEEM MY GIFT.

EBAYERS SHOULD THINK OF SOME PERMANENT LEGAL RESORT TO DETER EBAY FROM SUCH MALPRACTICE.

My PaisaPay code is 271015366710. I purchased item worth 11300 on 14th Nov 2012. Now I am getting the message that "Oops!! Sorry you are not eligible for this promotion"... What the hell????? As per their description, last date for redemption is 1st Dec.

Anyone has any idea what's going on?
