Diwali gift redemption link is not available

recently i purchased Samsung Galaxy Note II and i entered ebay coupan for diwali gift.


and when i was trying to redem the gift by click on "redem your diwali gift", i came across error that " Oops ! Sorry you are not eligible for this promotion "


Please try to check in this matter and take the necessary steps as soon as possible, as redemption offer will be valid till 1st of Dec 2012 .

Same problem with me, i had successfully applied coupon Code: DIWALI005 while my checkout, and ebay had accepted the coupon.PaisaPay ID 32473586501
Now when i go on their redemption link , it says you are not eligible for the promo.!!
Looks like a technical error.
Hope to get the issue's resolved soon.

Same issue with me. Made purchase of over 1 Lakh but now when I am redeeming my gift, I am getting an error.

I just contacted the customer care, they told, it is due to some technical error. Their team is already working on it. Hopefully by today they should resolve it.

They are facing issues in fetching information about how much amount products, you have purchased using Diwali codes. so don't worry.
