I recently bought an item EasyCAP video capture device from a seller rptechindia. The product was delivered with a little note which said if a negative or neutral feedback was given he would not extend any help. Is this correct? I finally left a neutral feedback because he couldn't help me any way. The product was supposed to work with Vista. It doesn't. The moment I said this he started talking about refunding the money. I did a thorough search on Internet and found that the device does not work on Vista. Also it is most probably a rip-off of another product called EzCAP. In any case the product description "...for Vista" is very misleading. It only works on XP. I also dug into the supplied drivers and found drivers for Windows 98, ME, 2000 as well but no Vista. Obviously this is an old product dumped on unsuspecting Indian buyers.
