After customers confirm as item recieved,buyers get 60 days to leave feedback -
Just as Buyers & Sellers are heart & mind of ebay, same way feedback is oxygen or blood supply or fuel for buyers & sellers
1. Awaiting feedback for 5 items sold 2 months back,even after contacting the buyers repeatedly they said they would leave feedback but never did so.
60 days is too long a time for a buyer to leave feedback,everybody is busy in life but 60 days time to leave a feedback which probably wouldnt take more than maximum 10 mins time.Just bcos ebay has a policy that a seller cannot leave a feedback,buyers enjoying ? Sellers suffering with loss of feedback by buyers ignorance ?
Is this full proof for sellers ?
My question is shouldnt Ebay automatically give a negative feedback to a buyer if he has not left a feedback at all to the seller.
2. Winning bidders land up not purchasing the item and Ebay says they are legally bound to buy the item,but ebay cannot compell a buyer to buy it,then if they are legally bound to purchase the item then what happens to this legal stuff,How long should sellers wait for any such system for legal binding of buying an item for winning the auction,do buyers buy it after that.
For both the above concern of me as a seller and my fellow sellers -
Why doesnt Ebay take some action like giving sellers an option to leave a negative feedback only for those buyers who havent left a feedback or who hasnt bought an item after winning the auction.
