I have done business online thru Ebay for some time.
Now I am not comfortable with your rules particularly with negative remarks. I feel any old & smart ebay member knows very well how to put a pause on his competitor business. i was given negative remarks right during the puja festivals. Hence i could not use it for whole one month of the festival period. Even though now all the negative remarks are removed but I am not interested anymore.
Now closing account is becoming so tough. Everytime i want to close it says " You cannot close account now ". Further eBay is charging me even though i am not using their services and want to permanently close the account.
When eBay itself is not following a fair practice how can their rules protect a honest trader ?
