You hve been doing a wonderful job by providing an excellent platform for online shopping. But as you must be undoubtedly aware, the community members are increasing by the hour, and so are their problems.
An email to CS takes 24-48 hrs to get responded to, and that too is not accurate at times. What about Time Sensitive issues, like log in problems, or having buying an item that is expiring soon. What if we see and illegal auction that is ending soon?????
To cope up with this, I would suggest you to have a 24 Hr. Live Help via Chat, as we have on the US and other Intl sites. And no one can argue that CS needs to be 24x7...

But as I learnet to do the business and started picking up I came across many issues. Now here the problem arises. Issues whoch Customer care executive can not help in he merely through that in Trust and Security Department. Now what can we do is to close your hand and mind because you are at the dead end. Nothing can be done. Nobody will respond there.

Being a last bidder for the item "SAMSUNG BEHOLD T919,3G SAMSUNG,TOUCH SCREEN" (260756528892). My bid was rejected at the same placing dummy bidder as a last bidder for the same Amount.
The email i received is
"Someone outbid you; sorry you didn't win this time."
My last bid amount was Rs 5700. and the last bidder shown in the list for the same amount of Rs. 5700.
If the nos. of bidder are multiple and the amount of bid is same, then priority has to be given to the bidder who becomes 1st in this case.
What is this...I cant understand.....

Yesterday I purchased an item (CROCS Men's FLOATERS 10002 Size 11 for Rs. 549.00
But the transcation was unsucessful..The thing is that after sometime i got message from HDFC Bank that Rs 549 was deducted from my account..

I bought a Blackberry Curve 8520 (Item Code 270761915146)and recd the same 14th June 11, after operating the same I found its Bluetooth is not working, whenever I pair the set with another set it connects but immediatedly disconnects and I cannot send or recd any file from other mobile in my blackberry.
Please let me know the procedure to get the help to solve my problem. Is there any blackberry service centre in Hoshiarpur/ Jalandhar.
