You hve been doing a wonderful job by providing an excellent platform for online shopping. But as you must be undoubtedly aware, the community members are increasing by the hour, and so are their problems.
An email to CS takes 24-48 hrs to get responded to, and that too is not accurate at times. What about Time Sensitive issues, like log in problems, or having buying an item that is expiring soon. What if we see and illegal auction that is ending soon?????
To cope up with this, I would suggest you to have a 24 Hr. Live Help via Chat, as we have on the US and other Intl sites. And no one can argue that CS needs to be 24x7...

I have bid for perfume ,but shipping cost is higher, with the shipping cost (50%)i can purchase another perfume. so , i want to cancel by bidding... please let me know.

i am a new user from india and i have my account of ebay.in and i want to purchase a dell laptop from USA.
i only have credit-card (VISA), my question is:
Do i need paypal account also?
Or can i directly use my credit card to transfer my money to his account?

but I did not recieve the item till now! and we sent a msg on 10th july to cancel the order!But i recieved a msg saying that "you recieved the item",but i did not! i want to cancel the oreder and refund my money back! And informed the customer care executive Rajesh to cancel the order! But he said that the order is canceled!
