Hello Sir, I am Dinesh Badgujar From Pune and I have no other option to send you this issue -from your ebay claim department. I have face so many problems, excuses and fake promises that you got call from us within 1hours, 24 hours and 48 hours. As per my claim sir I got only one call from your claim department and due to some my personal meeting i can’t answer that call so regarding that also I mailed you one email in which I mention that sorry I can’t answer your call so please call me back But from that date to still yet no any call or email from your claim department and not a single email from your claim department so please, during all these calls I discussed with your executive seniors but no single person say that I will take action on this issue, or reply on my complaints. I want to register a complaint of your Claim Adjuster who never informs me about my claim and neither gives updates. Though I want to complaint about them no one taken the complaints of your claim Adjuster. I personally request you sir to look in this issue otherwise I have only one choice that I have to register my case in Consumer court forum.
