2) Date of transaction
3) Mode of payment
4) Amount that has been debited
5) Reference number or Transaction Id which you can get it from your Bank
This is because for our team to locate the amount we need the details from the Bank so that we can check with the Bank and accordingly can reverse the amount to your original mode of payment.
