Please note that this is really a shameful act from the seller *** that they have sold the item on deal and now when the tv price have been hiked they are selling it at a higher price.

Please see the sellers listing where they are selling the same item I purchased and they are refusing to ship it now.
Please let me know how ebay is going to get me the same product in the same price. Ebay have to take strict action against this and provide justice.
This was a deal from seller's side and we have already closed deal with item price
72358. The money was already transferred through HDFC bank credit card.
I am now expecting seller *** to ship the item as per the deal that we had when I did the purchase on Aug 17th, if not,we are going to file a suite against you at consumer court.
