2. Product should be delivered  in how many days.

3. If i am unable to send the product at the given time period then what would happen.

4. Please provide me some extra information will be helping me to understand this site.

If you go thru ebay help files all of your questions will be answered but it seems do not like to do that and as your requirements are pretty much, it will not be possible for any seller to answer your queries in complete detail here so it will be best if can contact ebay customer care on their toll free no: 1-800-209-3229 and ask them to arrange a seller course for you.
