I never received Samsung galaxy Tab2, got Rs14485back but when will i get Rs 1158.80 c charges back?

I did ordered Samsung galaxy tab 2 on 23/07/13, but the seller could not provide it to me due to out of stock

and i got my refund of Rs 14485 back to my account on 31/07/13 but till date i have not recieved my convenience

charges of Rs. 1158.80. My cerdit card statement has been generated, and i have to pay my bank within 4th September

2013. Please refund back my money asap.

Your customer care actually do not helps, they only keep saying that, it will credit back.

Please Help !!!

Thank you for sharing your concern here.  EMI convenience charges auto refunded within maximum of a  month post refund reflected in your credit card. according to our records, we have processed your refund on 28th July and forwarded request to Billdesk to refund your convenience charges as well.

May I request you to please check your Credit Card's billing Cycle? i would suggest you to wait till your next statement. Just in case, if it is not reflecting, please share the scan copy of the same on paisapaydocs@ebay.com from your email Id registered with us.

We will get it checked with our bankers and resolve your issue.
