Unable to use coupons on mobile purchases??

Hi, I have 6.5% and 7% coupon from vodafone. There is no where it is written that these cannot be applied on mobile purchases. So when i am trying to apply these coupons it gives me an error. Anyone suggest any solution for this issue???
