Dear Ebay team,
In all these years with ebay, I have experienced the instances only recently, where the item has not been shipped after a successful bidding & subsequent payment, stating a flimsy excuse of OUT OF STOCK. And subsequently those sellers are still a member of Ebay, selling their products.
If Ebay has scaled down their status to such a level, where no punitive action is taken against default sellers, how do you expect buyers to rely & have faith in you.
