UNBELIEVABLE! 5 of my items sold in one evening. Next morning I shipped them out via India Speed Post. Just after shipping out I checked my summary to post the Tracking information...and much to my displeasure are messages for ALL 5 stating 'Automatic Refund Initiated' due to my not shipping them out by the deadline! OMG, what is going on? I checked the EBAY Announcements and see nothing, NOTHING to let us know that there is a major problem. Am I missing it, did I not look in the right places to see if there is an announcement??? So, I sent emails to any and every Ebay department that I have addresses for with all of the information, including PaisaPay i.d.s, Ebay Item nos. and my shipping receipt copies. I have NOT heard back yet. Since I have shipped the sold items, and CANNOT enter the tracking info, I also wrote messages to the buyers and asked that they cancel the Refund request that they had received in ERROR by the system. One, only one, has replied and said that there is a major technical issue within Ebay, and he did cancel the refund request for me from his side. Thank you, Mr. Gupta!!!! Anyone have any information about what is going on and how Ebay plans to resolve it, and when it will be resolved????? What a big mess.
