Claim and Feedback Related

A buyer raised a claim saying product not as described. I want my money back. I asked him to sen the product. He did not send. He got the claim approved and got a refund and after a month also left a  negative feedback. 

Now the buyer has both his money and the cover and what I am left with is, just a loss and a negative feedback. Now the buyer doesn't take call and even if he takes call he hears my name and disconnects. Help
