I had made one listing as good till cancelled and enabled the out of stock option in site preferences. As per my understanding if item quantity reaches zero, listing hide itself from the buyers and can only be seen by seller in his seller dashboard. Once the qunatity is updated it becomes live again on eBay platform.
I am talking about the item no 251979710716 but to my surprise it listing was ended as one fraud customer bought the item available on that listing on COD with fake address. I also had a chat with eBay online support and as per them out of stock option was not working while I was talking to the support and once option starts working I will be able to revise the listing. I know whatever is told to me is wrong. But I had no other option just to end the chat and re-list the item again.
My question how to really enable out of stock option to avoid listings getting closed which are listed as good till cancelled, once item quantity reaches zero.
Can someone help?
